As a Mining Engineer, you will oversee all aspects of mining operations, ensuring safety protocols are adhered to while optimizing productivity. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess mining sites for potential operations.
• Apply engineering principles to enhance the safety of mining processes.
• Engage in project planning and resource allocation.
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for service procurement.
• Review and update environmental impact assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Advanced degree in Mining Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in the mining industry with hands-on engineering experience
