Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive human resource initiatives and align HR practices with our business strategy. You will work closely with department leaders, acting as a strategic partner in workforce planning and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess and address HR needs.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
  • Implement employee feedback systems to gauge job satisfaction.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in change management initiatives to support organizational growth.
  • Provide guidance on health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking HR support.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive HR practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or as a Business Partner
