Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Bloemfontein. This role requires a proactive approach to developing and implementing HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in achieving departmental goals.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks and policies.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve workplace issues.
  • Provide coaching and support to line managers.
  • Manage diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Create and implement succession planning strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
  • Certification in HR Management is preferred

  • 5+ years in a managerial HR role
