Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with external training providers and facilitators.
• Organize team-building exercises and retreats to enhance interpersonal relationships.
• Assess the training needs of new hires and develop orientation programmes.
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or Psychology
• Master's degree in related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development roles
