Job Description

As a Property Manager at Top Properties Group, you will oversee the management of residential and commercial properties in Johannesburg. Your role involves ensuring that all properties are well maintained, managing tenant relationships, and executing leasing agreements efficiently. We're looking for an individual who is proactive, highly organized, and has a knack for people management. Knowledge of the property laws and compliance regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all properties are maintained to high standards.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and coordinate repairs.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive rental rates.
• Engage in community events promoting properties and brand.
• Train and supervise junior staff and property assistants.
• Maintain organized property management files and documentation.
• Develop strategic plans for property improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in property management operations
