Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Construction Innovations Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in managing construction operations and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently. Your expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and project management will be essential in driving our success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and manage workforce.
  • Ensure all materials are ordered and delivered on time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams.
  • Track project costs and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Resolve delays and conflicts with proactive solutions.
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to the management team.
  • Implement best practices for quality control and safety standards.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively for each project phase.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
