Job Description

The Masonry Supervisor will oversee a team of skilled masons, ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in masonry along with effective communication skills to liaise with both the team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Organize and assign tasks to the masonry crew efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers for successful project execution.
• Monitor and report on project budgets and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates.
• Develop strategies for improving work processes and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma or relevant experience
• Degree in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory role within masonry construction
