Job Description

The Business Continuity Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that align with the organization's goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing resistance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to assess change readiness and identify risks.
  • Lead change impact assessments and develop necessary training materials.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support for individuals during the change process.
  • Track and report metrics related to change management performance.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on change initiatives.
  • Utilize project management tools to track change management projects.
  • Ensure all change management documentation is maintained and up-to-date.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
  • Advise executives on change management practices and impacts.
  • Assist in the development of digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification is a plus.
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in change management consulting.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Competency in communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams)
Soft Skills
  • Facilitation and coaching abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certifications
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
