We seek a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
• Coordinate logistics with the sales and marketing departments for customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present logistics reports for management.
• Utilize software tools for logistics management and data analysis.
• Adapt logistics plans based on changing business needs and market trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics
• Master's degree in Business or Logistics is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a managerial role within logistics or supply chain

• Warehouse Management Systems

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
