Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Fleet Manager to join our Port Elizabeth office. This role will involve overseeing the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring optimal performance, compliance with regulations, and managing our logistics effectively. The ideal candidate will display strong leadership skills and have a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to enhance fleet sustainability and reduce emissions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for fleet management.
  • Handle driver training and compliance with driving regulations.
  • Ensure timely renewals of vehicle registrations and insurances.
  • Plan for fleet expansion and purchasing of new vehicles.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
  • Relevant certifications in fleet management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet operations
