Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an inclusive workplace culture.

• Assist in formulating policies that enhance inclusivity.
• Support employee resource groups and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion or related HR roles
