Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead HR programs and ensure compliance with labor regulations while promoting a productive and inclusive workforce. Your expertise will guide our HR strategies and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects that support organizational changes.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gain insights into employee turnover.
  • Provide guidance on labor relations issues.
  • Develop training and development plans for employees.
  • Manage coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR initiatives.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Stay current with best practices in human resources management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in HR or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role
