We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. Responsibilities

• Design efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategic operational plans.
• Conduct detailed analysis of workflow to identify inefficiencies.
• Implement and monitor performance improvement plans.
• Analyze production reports to identify trends in performance.
• Ensure all processes are compliant with industrial standards and regulations.
• Review and approve designs for new equipment or modifications.
• Provide guidance on optimizing production schedules.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering roles
