We are seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join our Port Elizabeth practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal welfare, have excellent clinical skills, and a strong commitment to providing the best care for our furry patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient histories and make sound clinical decisions.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pet's health.
• Participate in continuing education to improve skills.
• Support the clinic’s mission by fostering a friendly and caring environment.
• Help with the clinic's administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a veterinary setting

Technical Skills

• Diagnostic imaging
• Pharmaceutical knowledge

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certification in Animal Behavior

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
