Job Description

We are seeking a driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence and brand voice. The successful candidate will craft compelling content, engage with our audience, and drive our social media strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of long-term social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor online reputation and address any negative feedback.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports of social media performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track engagement and reach.
  • Support marketing campaigns through social media outreach.
  • Develop video content and livestreams for engagement.
  • Oversee content approval processes with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate social media takeovers and collaborations.
  • Manage crisis communication strategies on social media.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Relevant postgraduate degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of managing social media platforms in a corporate environment
Technical Skills
  • Graphic Design Software (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
