Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Gqeberha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Create project timelines and coordinate with various teams.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Track project expenses and manage budgets efficiently.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and project satisfaction.
  • Analyze project performance and implement improvements.
  • Prepare final project reports and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Advanced certifications such as PMP or CAPM preferred
