Paver Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Paver Operator to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating pavers and other construction equipment, as well as a strong understanding of different paving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of paving equipment, ensuring efficient performance.
• Collaborate with the site supervisor to address ongoing construction needs.
• Maintain high standards of work quality throughout paving projects.
• Assist in training new team members in paving best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating pavers and other construction equipment.
