Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who can create positive client interactions through effective communication and problem-solving. This role is vital for promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty at Tech Innovations Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with order placements and inquiries.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  • Identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
