Job Description

As a Client Relations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our engagement strategies, working closely with clients to understand their needs and enhance their experience. We seek a motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for client service to join our Durban team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their success.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engage proactively to resolve any issues.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies for client engagement.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead client meetings and maintain detailed records of interactions.
  • Cultivate relationships that facilitate client advocacy and loyalty.
  • Participate in developing promotional materials for client initiatives.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all client communications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Marketing or Communications are a plus.
Experience
  • 5+ years in client relations or account management roles, preferably in technology.
