Job Description

As an Agricultural Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in the harvesting process by operating and maintaining baling machinery. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, compress, and package straw efficiently for both agricultural and industrial users.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper operation of baling equipment, adjusting settings for maximum efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with farm managers and labourers to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document production data and troubleshoot any issues during operations.
• Participate in training for new equipment or procedures as necessary.

Requirements

Education

Experience

• Practical experience with baler machinery is essential; additional experience in the agriculture sector is an advantage.
