Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. The successful candidate will manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure deliverables align with the overall strategy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and timetables to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
• Build and manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Motivate and mentor team members to optimize their performance.
• Conduct project reviews to evaluate project outcomes and generate lessons learned.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance future project delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• PMP or Agile Certification is a plus

Experience

• Min 5 years of project management experience preferred

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
