Responsibilities

  • Provide routine wellness check-ups and preventative care.
  • Diagnose injuries and illnesses and develop treatment plans.
  • Perform surgery and therapeutic procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the clinic.
  • Manage emergency cases effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing them with information and support.
  • Participate in community outreach and education.
  • Ensure that all medical equipment is properly maintained and sterilized.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 3+ years in a clinical setting
