Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the organizational culture through employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in administering performance evaluation systems.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and facilitate HR-related workshops and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CIPD are a plus
