Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven Brand Manager to steer our brand strategy and elevate our market presence. As the Brand Manager, you will oversee branding initiatives, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive brand plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Utilize consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams to enhance online brand presence.
  • Develop strong relationships with media and influencers for brand advocacy.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage brand image and reputation through proactive communication.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives to build brand loyalty.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on brand management best practices.
  • Reporting on the progress of brand initiatives and evaluating their effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA or similar qualification is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic brand management
