Job Description

The Revenue Director will spearhead efforts to maximise revenue generation for the organization, developing and implementing effective strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical acumen and leadership to ensure all revenue streams are optimised.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective revenue management frameworks.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to align revenue targets with company goals.
• Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies and related issues.
• Lead regular meetings to discuss revenue initiatives and share progress.
• Update and refine pricing strategies based on market analysis.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Revenue Management Executive)
• Advanced degree in Business or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue management or related roles.
