Job Description

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications to patients.
• Counsel patients on medication usage and side effects.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to assure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations.
• Assist in managing pharmacy operations and staff training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field

Experience

• Registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail or hospital setting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
