Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, logistics, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring optimal fleet performance and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective management of fleet logistics operations.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance.
  • Develop strategies to minimize downtime and enhance fleet utilization.
  • Analyze costs and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Oversee procurement of new vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain detailed reports on fleet performance for management reviews.
  • Engage in regular communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Implement health and safety protocols aligned with operational standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Logistics or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is desirable
