As an Art Director, you will oversee the visual aspects of our projects, ensuring that our creative vision comes to life across various media. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and clients to create compelling campaigns that resonate with audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Facilitate access to medical, social, and financial services.
• Collaborate with schools, law enforcement, and community organizations.
• Participate in case reviews and provide input on client progress.
• Organize and facilitate workshops on mental health and wellness.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Participate in policy advocacy efforts to enhance community resources.
• Support clients in life transitions and skill-building activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social work

• Social Research

Certifications

• Registered Social Worker (RSW)
• Crisis Intervention Training

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Basic
