Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist, where you will play a key role in managing various HR functions. This position involves recruiting, employee onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing a positive work environment and managing employee relations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top candidates.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and training programs.
  • Drive employee performance management initiatives including goal-setting and feedback.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll processing and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Create and update employee handbooks and internal communication.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Support managers with employee performance issues and development.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and feedback.
  • Manage and respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles
