Job Description

We are searching for a motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team in Johannesburg. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in dealing with various HR functions, ensuring that our company's workforce is supported, engaged, and aligned with our strategic goals. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the hiring process from job description creation to offer acceptance.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and facilitate constructive conversations.
  • Track employee performance and identify training needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory HR requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the development of employee handbook and orientation materials.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Work with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide administration support for HR-related projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR management experience
