Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our outlet in Port Elizabeth, overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing inventory levels, and implementing effective promotional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the retail store, ensuring operational excellence.
• Develop and execute staff training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Create promotional displays and manage product placements to drive sales.
• Review sales performance regularly and develop action plans to improve results.
• Manage and ensure adherence to budgets and financial performance goals.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage relationships for timely stock deliveries.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business Administration
• Relevant certifications in retail or management preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
