Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-grooming consultations with pet owners.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of various dog and cat breeds and their grooming needs.
• Keep detailed records of grooming services provided to each pet.
• Engage with pets warmly to build trust and enhance the grooming experience.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and service improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Advanced pet grooming certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in pet grooming or related field
