Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and network issues efficiently.
  • Configure user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policy.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on system performance metrics.
  • Maintain an asset inventory of IT equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
