Job Description

As a Bowl Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests at our bowling alley. Your responsibilities will include operating bowling equipment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the venue's cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that bowling lanes are properly prepared and functioning before guests arrive.
• Assist guests with selecting appropriate bowling shoes and equipment.
• Promote the venue's special offers or events to guests.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve guest experience continuously.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and service quality.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry

Technical Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Bowling equipment operation

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
