Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our IT department in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and administration, with proven leadership skills in managing IT teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support operations to deliver exceptional service to users.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• Implement best practices for IT security and data management.
• Assist with the recruitment and training of IT staff.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT team.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT.
• Manage software and hardware procurement processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Management Information Systems is a plus

• 5+ years managing IT teams and projects
