We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Durban location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will manage daily operations, oversee staff performance, and implement strategies to boost store productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a motivated workforce.
  • Enhance store presentation through effective visual merchandising.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and relationship-building.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and present findings to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement promotional strategies to boost store traffic.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Diploma in Retail Management
Experience
  • 5+ years in retail management or supervisory role
