We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to lead our diverse construction projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off meetings and develop project timelines.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on design specifications.
• Monitor labor and material costs throughout the project.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress.
• Provide guidance and support to on-site project teams.
• Keep clients updated on project status and address their needs.
• Review contracts and ensure timely execution.
• Implement risk management strategies.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety on site.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing large construction projects
