Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to lead our diverse construction projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Analyze and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure effective communication amongst all project stakeholders.
• Conduct site meetings to address project status.
• Ensure necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Mentor and support junior project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing large construction projects
