We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to lead our diverse construction projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain project documentation and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry

Technical Skills

• Construction Management Software (e.g., Procore)
• Budgeting and Cost Management
• Scheduling Software (e.g., MS Project)
