Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, you will be tasked with operating and maintaining coating equipment to ensure that our product quality meets high standards. Experience in coating operations will be essential as you prepare materials and monitor processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application of coatings and ensure even distribution.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on blending machines.
• Analyze production data and make adjustments for improved outcomes.
• Support the quality team in testing and validating coated products.
• Respond to troubleshooting requests and implement solutions.
• Assist in training sessions for new operators on equipment use.
• Keep updated with new technology and improvements in equipment.
• Engage in continuous learning for professional growth.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• National diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector
