Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you'll operate and maintain tape fastening equipment within our manufacturing setup. The role is crucial in ensuring efficiency and product quality while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for tape fastening tasks.
• Perform regular inspections and adjust operational parameters.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Communicate any mechanical issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace.
• Document all quality checks and equipment maintenance actions.
• Work closely with quality control staff to uphold product standards.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety measures.
• Support team efforts to meet production goals.
• Assist in the training of junior staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in manufacturing technology or equivalent
• Certification in machinery operation is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments is advantageous.
