Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment drive and assess candidate fit for the organization.
• Create a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
• Advise management on HR policies and employee relations matters.
• Assist with the development of workplace wellness programs.
• Monitor HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Engage with staff members to foster open communication and feedback.
• Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and organizational development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in a generalist HR role or similar
