Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic management of HR functions, employee training, and development programs. This role is key in shaping our company's growth by enhancing staff morale and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
  • Lead talent management initiatives and succession planning.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures ensuring best practices.
  • Manage disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Engage with employees to foster a positive work environment.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and trainings.
  • Develop a strong employer brand to attract potential candidates.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and employee development.
  • Support initiatives for health and safety in the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or related field
