Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Diversity and Inclusion Officer to join our team in Pretoria. This role will focus on promoting diversity across our organization and creating an inclusive work environment for all employees. The ideal candidate will be a champion for diversity initiatives, working to ensure that our recruitment, policies, and culture reflect our commitment to inclusivity.

Responsibilities

• Advise on best practices for fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Identify barriers to diversity and develop action plans to overcome them.
• Engage with employees through surveys and feedback sessions to gauge diversity culture.
• Promote an understanding of diversity and inclusion across all levels in the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in developing D&I strategies
