Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate all facets of the event planning process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for event promotion.
  • Create and manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Source and manage venue bookings.
  • Supervise event setup and breakdown.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Evaluate the event's success and prepare reports for clients.
  • Problem-solve any issues that arise during the planning phase.
  • Work closely with the design team for event aesthetics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
