We are on the lookout for a proactive HR Generalist to join our Port Elizabeth office. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a smooth HR process. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Organize and conduct employee onboarding initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies.
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Assist in the management of employee benefits and payroll.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies and updates.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology
  • A Master's degree is preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR practices
