Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to oversee employee relations, facilitate recruitment processes, and implement HR initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company maintains a productive work atmosphere while promoting employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Advise employees on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Social Sciences
  • Master's degree in HR or related area is an advantage
