We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Coordinator to enhance our training initiatives in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will create and deliver comprehensive training programs that support employee growth and organisational goals.
Responsibilities
Develop engaging e-learning materials and resources for remote training.
Work with external training providers to deliver specialized training.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions across multiple locations.
Monitor and respond to participant feedback to improve training delivery.
Implement mentorship programs to support ongoing development.
Create a library of learning resources accessible to all employees.
Advantageous
Certification in Learning and Development: Certification from recognized bodies such as ATD or CIPD.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS): Proficient in using LMS for training delivery and tracking.
