Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Coordinator to enhance our training initiatives in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will create and deliver comprehensive training programs that support employee growth and organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging e-learning materials and resources for remote training.
  • Work with external training providers to deliver specialized training.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions across multiple locations.
  • Monitor and respond to participant feedback to improve training delivery.
  • Implement mentorship programs to support ongoing development.
  • Create a library of learning resources accessible to all employees.

Advantageous

  • Certification in Learning and Development: Certification from recognized bodies such as ATD or CIPD.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS): Proficient in using LMS for training delivery and tracking.
