Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will be pivotal in aligning our HR initiatives with business objectives. You will provide support in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with South African labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage employee recognition programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate health and wellness programs.
  • Conduct staff surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and legislation to advise the organisation.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere.
  • Evaluate HR processes and implement improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience
