• Manage event registration and guest lists effectively.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during events.
• Report to upper management on event outcomes and areas for growth.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
• Assist in training and developing junior event staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Event Management
• Advanced diploma in Event Planning is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in the event industry
