Job Description

We are searching for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will be instrumental in ensuring a positive workplace culture and promoting employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment efforts and enhance talent acquisition processes.
  • Advise managers on employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in employee development and succession planning.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Maintain HR software and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Participate in policy development and implementation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
