General Finance Officer

Job Description

As our General Finance Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing the company’s financial health. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Conduct financial analysis to assist in budget preparations.
• Liaise with external partners in regulatory compliance.
• Monitor expenditures and develop cost-reduction strategies.
• Compile financial documentation for audits.
• Oversee and mentor junior finance staff.
• Ensure timely reporting and delivery of finances to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
• Master's degree in Finance preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years in financial management roles

• Accounting Software

Certifications

• ACCA or CIMA certification

Languages
